About the project
We built a FOOH campaign for the HSBC SVNS Singapore 2026 Rugby Sevens. The brief was scale — make the event feel as large as it is. A rugby ball launches, rises, and transforms into a branded blimp drifting over the city. Projection mapping simulated across the blimp surface. The sky becomes the billboard.

Blimp model rendered with material precision. Projection mapping simulated across the surface with lighting consistency. Scale calibrated against real-world city references to maintain believability. Format delivered in 9:16 for social-first distribution.




Process
Design and Animation Process
Concept built around the transformation moment — the specific frame where ball becomes blimp. From there, we developed the flight path, the lighting interaction with the city environment, and the projection mapping simulation. Every element calibrated for social viewing — stop-worthy in the first two seconds.
