Designed with a vibrant yet soft yellow visual identity, the animation highlights the product’s mochi-like texture and fast-absorbing formula, turning the billboard into an eye-catching experience that reflects smoother, brighter skin.

About the project

We built a looping CGI animation for HSBC's corporate display environment. The brief was alignment — with wealth, with time, with the brand's premium positioning. Sand flows. It gathers. It forms the HSBC logo. Then it begins again. The loop is designed for continuous playback — a visual that holds its quality every time it cycles.

Particle behaviour calibrated for visual elegance — not chaos, not rigidity. The sand moves with intention. Seamless loop construction ensures the animation holds across extended playback without visual break.

Design and Animation Process

We established the visual tone from HSBC's brand positioning — premium, calm, authoritative. Particle simulation developed to achieve sand behaviour that reads as natural rather than computed. Loop timing refined until the cycle felt inevitable. Every pass tested for seamless playback.
